• Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – Information on the ADA, which prohibits discrimination and ensures equal opportunity for persons with disabilities in employment, state and local government services, public accommodations, and transportation.
• Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) – A sub-agency within the U.S. Department of Labor that promotes policies and coordinates with employers and all levels of government to increase workplace success for people with disabilities.
